Responsibilities
Two Postdoctoral Research Associates in Discrete Mathematics. The Department of Mathematics at Texas State University-San Marcos invites applications for two Postdoctoral Research Associates in the area of Discrete Mathematics. One position starts January 2009, and the other starts May 2009. Each position carries a one-year research appointment with no teaching requirement; it is not renewable and is not tenure track. Annual salary: $17,000.

Qualifications
Required:
Candidates must have a Ph.D. by the date of hire and an outstanding research record.

Preferred:
Preference will be given to candidates who have received their Ph.D. within the last five years.
