Duties will include conducting research and teaching courses in the field of urban geography in support of the PhD, Master’s and undergraduate geography programs.
We seek an innovative scholar prepared to teach courses in support of our undergraduate and graduate geography programs, maintain an active research agenda including publishing and pursuit of external funding, and contribute to graduate advising at the master’s and PhD level.
Required: A PhD degree in Geography or closely related field is required by time of appointment. A demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and research is required.
Preferred: Preference may be given to candidates demonstrating evidence of seeking/securing external research grant funds.
